From Humble Beginnings to an Industry Leader
As was shown on the CNBC program Blue Collar Millionaires, our company grew from the ground up to become one of Florida’s most lucrative businesses. Our founder Louis Bruno began his career with a small family–owned AC company in Fort Myers, FL, where he trained, learning the business, equipment, process, procedures, and how different systems operated. He eventually became a top producer for the company. Afterwards, he started his own business using a savings of $40,000, and through hard work and an intense focus on customer service turned that savings into air conditioning gold.

When Bruno realized he couldn’t afford to hire experienced technicians, he instead looked to hire people with background in hospitality, fine dining, and similar fields. He understood that customer service isn’t a skill that comes to people naturally, and finding workers who already had honed this skill would give his company an edge that would translate into success. This idea of hiring people with years of customer service experience and then training them in technical work paid off in spades. The customer service and dependable work kept customers coming back again and again. The company is now a giant in the industry—more than 250 employees and 90 trucks on the road—and isn’t ready to quit yet!

We offer more than great customer service and technical excellence. We have also developed HVAC systems suited to the climate needs of Florida: our innovative Louis Bruno Signature Series. In partnership with Johnson Controls, we custom design air conditioning and heating systems capable of outlasting other systems in Florida weather, resisting corrosion and mold growth.
